A journal is an excellent way to track your progress on the TAIslim System. Record what worked and what didn't. Take a photo at the beginning of your weight loss journey so you can compare the "former" with the "new" you.
Measure Your Results
Weigh yourself and take measurements once a week to help track your progress. Check your TAIslim System Guide Brochure for instructions on how to take measurements. Record your numbers on your System Guide or in a journal; then put away your scale and tape measure for a week.
